Our staff regularly inspects our properties, interviews tenants, and provide owners with updated information and our recommendations.

We know that high tenant satisfaction results in long-term building occupancy. We assume the responsibility for this as our duty to property owners. Experience and research indicate that satisfied tenants rarely move. Conversely, it is very difficult to recover the cost incurred from high tenant turnovers. Unlike traditional management companies, who earn profit from commissions on tenant movement, we negotiate a reasonable and affordable management fee which allows both partners to profit from high tenant loyalty and occupancy.
